Issues that needed to be addressed:

• The spaces were sterile, cold and an uninviting environment.
• A lack of directional signage once entering the foyer.
• Privacy needed to be given between the office and foyer spaces.
• Privacy was needed to individuals using the staff and interview rooms.
• A separate kitchen was to be created, instead of the open plan kitchenette.
