We believe that the project is not fully finished until the outcome is professionally photographed. I will always recommend expert photography to maximise the traffic to your listing. To aid with this, I can connect you with my network of expert interior photographers to take the best photos of your accommodation and make your online listing stand apart from the rest.

• Balconies and Courtyards – $380 per space
• Professional Photography – from $250/hour

OUR PROCESS
As a first step, you will meet one of our experts, who will also inspect the property. This is done to help us gain a good understanding of your goals and expectations for your property. We will then work to design a concept tailored to attracting your ideal guest and meet your goals. From there we will present your mood boards, product specification listings. Once you’re happy we will source items, arrange delivery and do a final site visit to style the property and bring the entire look together.

If you choose to have professional photography, we will connect you to my recommended professionals who will take care of the final phase. You have the opportunity to provide feedback at each stage of the project.

After a year and a half of planning and design followed by a further year of building during the Covid gloom our baby had been born. We originally engaged P1 Design to set up our investment property at Terrigal so that it could be used as an Airbnb. Services included selection, sourcing and procuring art, furniture, cabinetry design, lighting, soft furnishings, floor coverings etc. so that it all fitted into the conceptual brief of a ‘relaxed, high end beach style’ whilst considering the property’s commercial requirements and guests’ comfort. P1 Design nailed the brief as the general design and aesthetics are both beautiful and functional. The property draws a large amount of interest from holiday makers due to its presentation.
